MP finished taking questions about her career as a drug counselor and students began outlining their guest speaker writing assignment.

Mary Pat guest-spoke about her previous career as a drug counselor, students took notes, and asked questions.

Students entered their SKILLS assessment into the MNCIS website and printed out the results. Students then wrote five questions for tomorrow's guest speaker.

Students completed the O NET Interest Profiler on the MNCIS website in the computer lab.

Students went to the computer lab, created their MNCIS profiles, and took the IDEAS assessment.

Students took the test on Chapter 22 today.

Students watched four commercials from Super Bowl XLIII that had to do with careers, we discussed them, and students wrote paragraphs explaining what they had to do with careers. Students then had a vocabulary review assignment to prepare them for tomorrow's test on chapter 22.
